'Carmine' in general, that being Anthony, Benjamin and Clayton, are the most requested characters to return to Gears 4 multiplayer.
Back in 2010, Gears of War 3 had T-Shirts for sale (proceeds to charity) for your Xbox avatar, one for 'Save Carmine' and one for 'Carmine must die' - it is not published how many people voted, but Carmine lived in the 3rd instalment of the franchise thanks to the fans choice.
